E.H. Agapito Realty, formerly named Edea Realty, was handled by Ester Henson-Agapito with fellow realtor, Elsa Domingo. (ED-Elsa Domingo, EA-Ester Agapito), started it in 2002 in partnership the realty blossomed as it rendered services to it clients in the year 2002 onwards.

On the other hand, in 2003, due to some valid personal reasons, Realtor Elsa Domingo withdrew from the realty, thus shifting the business from partnership to sole proprietorship. And so, Realtor Ester �Teng� H. Agapito, an independent and a strong spirited woman continued the work on her own.

A year after, Realtor Ester "Teng" Henson Agapito decided to change the realty's name from Edea Realty to E.H. Agapito Realty (since the business belongs solely to her). With some adjustments and achievements, it was made possible.
